09:30 - STEP

An aerobic workout that will help improve your co-ordination and cardiovascular fitness.

 

10:30 - PILATES

The aim of this method is to produce fluidity of and awareness of movement. It both lengthens and strengthens muscles. Pilates developes a body that thinks for itself and is healthy inside and out.

 

18:00 - STREET DANCE

A funky, MTV style dance class taught by Thalia Charaloumbous.

 

18:45 - SPINNING

Spinning is an indoor cycling program for developing cardiovascular capacity, burning up to 700 calories in a single session. A favorite for those wanting to reduce body fat.

 

19:00 - ABS BLAST

Targets and Pinpoints specific areas of the abdominal region.

 

19:30 - BODY PUMP

An athletic, fun all over body workout set to powerful motivating music.
