09:30 - TONE ZONE

Focuses on the development of muscle tone, strength and endurance.This class has minimal aerobic component, hand weights and body bars used.

 

10:30 - PILATES (ADVANCED)

The aim of this method is to produce fluidity of and awareness of movement. It both lengthens and strengthens muscles. Pilates developes a body that thinks for itself and is healthy inside and out.

 

12:45 - YOGA - FUSION

Improves posture flexibility, strength and stamina. As well as the physical benefits. Yoga increases the participants' sense of well being and calmness.

 

18:30 - SPINNING

Spinning is an indoor cycling program for developing cardiovascular capacity, burning up to 700 calories in a single session. A favorite for those wanting to reduce body fat.

 

18:30 - HOUR OF POWER

The original full body fitness class, using handweights in an up-tempo , non-choreographed, high energy workout to music. This unique fitness class is suitable for all levels, male and female. Class intensity is dictated by the weight of dumbbell selected by the partcipant. A no-nonsense, highly effective body toning class!

 

19:30 - PUMP

An athletic, fun all over body workout set to powerful motivating music.
