09:30 - SPINNING

Spinning is an indoor cycling program for developing cardiovascular capacity, burning up to 700 calories in a single session. A favorite for those wanting to reduce body fat.

 

10:30 - STEP

An aerobic workout that will help improve your co-ordination and cardiovascular fitness.

 

12:00 - MUAY THAI KICKBOXING

Known for the art of 8 limbs, specializing in punches, kicks, elbow and knee strikes. Great class to boost your cardio, lose weight, tone up and fight stress.

 

13:00 - YOGA - FUSION

Improves posture flexibility, strength and stamina. As well as the physical benefits. Yoga increases the participants' sense of well being and calmness.

 

17:00 - ZEN DO KICKBOXING

A graded Marial arts class. A modern fusion of Karate and boxing.
